Returns & Refunds
You can return an item in an as new condition within 28 days of receipt for a refund. Please get in touch before returning to confirm if return costs apply.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please note: you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete. Used items must not have any additional signs of use or damage.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of this email for the credit to appear on your account.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 28 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints, or levy suitable charges for issues raised after this period.
Delayed or Missing Items
If your order is delayed or lost you will be compensated or resend product where stock is available.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake on your order or your item has suffered a manufacturing fault, then please contact us via the contact form on the website or firstname.lastname@example.org. Most manufacturing faults can be quickly resolved via an email to the manufacturer. If you wish to return an item in these circumstances we will cover the postage costs for your return up to standard shipping.
Liability for any supplementary costs
We do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers who have entered their address wrong and the package occurs costs for redelivery's from royal mail, or if it ends up missing.
We will accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers if we have underweighted an item and royal mail sends a fee to pay card, please keep your fee to pay card and receipt so that we will be able to refund you the cost.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Please return the order once it has been authorised. Only 2nd Class standard postage will be covered if eligible, we will not refund for any other services used.
If the item is a faulty product please explain the nature of the fault in a note which is placed with the return.
Please make sure either RMA or Order ID is present with the return otherwise it will not be processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Unless you have received your order and item that was incomplete, or damaged or has missing parts from manufacture item.
Make sure that the post office provide you with a proof of postage receipt.
Amendment/ Cancellation Requests:
If you have made a pre-order or purchase and the item's have not been shipped please send an email or use our contact form to request a full or partial refund. If you would like to amend your order before it leaves us please let us know and we will be able to send you a PayPal invoice and receipt for the good's requested.
If your order has been processed and shipped and you would like to cancel the order, please get in-contact via email or our contact form. Please note you will be charged for the return postage and will not be refunded for shipping. You will be refunded for your whole order minus shipping and will be refunded once the items are retuned back to us via Royal Mail.
